Lowers 40mm, comes with dampers.
You can drop the back to what ever height you want, as you lower the back via the torsion bar.

depends what your budget is mate , are you just looking for springs or springs and dampers, whatever you do dont go for gmax, PI or spax, they are pretty shit imo, if you can go for eibach, bilstein, apex or koni, have a look on Kam racings website, they are pretty decent www.kamracing.co.uk or try on potn www.potn.co.uk , but as i said mate, all depends on your budget

torsion bar lowering should be done professionally imo, unless you have someone who knows a bit about cars handy, as for springs, check out kam racing www.kamracing.co.uk or www.potn.co.uk , even try on ebay ;) i see your still only 17, if your going for a VTR and planning to mod then you will be lucky to get reasonable quotes tbh, i would recommend a furio tbh, more likely to get a decent quote whilst still being able to mod

imo you need dampers for what ever your doing if your lowering it.

lucky for some,if you can afford it go for the dampers aswell, its better to get them but not necessary, if you dont it just means there is more strain on the standard dampers and they wear down quicker
