Okay my backbox has just gone:wall: FFS ANOTHER PROBLEM lol. Okay i believe it is just a standard one that is fitted to my 1.1, Can i get any back box fitted to the existing pipe?? (Preferably a louder one) Or would i have to change more? And at what cost am i looking?? (not got much, already getting a service done, new gear linkages possibly, and a few other bits, and ive only just been paid:cry: so not got much mony left. Ahh the joys of owning a car lol.

What exactly is wrong with the backbox mate? You shouldnt have a problem fitting a new one, a replacement from a scrappy shouldnt set you back no more than £20, if you fancy something a little better with some extra noise i would suggest a supersprint race backbox :y:, when changing your silencer i would also suggest a new clamp to ensure the seal is effective

Well the pipe comeing out the back of the backbox has corroded, the clamp connecting the two pipes togeather is fine its just were the pipe goes into the backbox, it can most probably be fixed but id rather buy a new one. How much for a supersprint?? And would it just clamp straight onto were the existing one is? Also were to buy as i need one soon dont want to get in trouble with the police lol

does anyone know if this would fit straight into my existing (origional) centrepipe and then clamp it down or does it need welding to the pipe, i havent got a clue.

Just found a universal savage one for 45, what would need doing to that though welding?

If you want a std one for the time being mate Ive got one, can have it for £16.50 posted. Its in great condition.

Also got a VTR/VTS one for sale with the chrome tip, thats in mint condition too. They look great on the 1.1s
