Cause you have the cat in the manifold & that system is for the cat underneath the car, so the pipe would be too short.

wot bit wont fit? where it goes on the cat or where the back box meets??

cos on 01 vtr's the cat is in the downpipe not in the center section.

EDIT: Worded that wrongly. it wont fit if your cat is in the manifold, if the cat is under the car then it will :y:
