When i bought my saxo i had a JVC head unit with it and ive noticed that there's a suspicious crackling noise coming from behind the unit. It also randomly crackles through the speakers then cuts out as it likes. Ive checked and re-sealed the wires many times now and even changed the front components but the problem wont go away. Anybody got any idea whats going on?

in croatia about 2 quid
that should solve faulty wires and maybe connections to HU, if you connect all the wires properly

sounds like a bad connection. get some new iso plugs their not expensive and you should be able to pick them up from most car shops like halfords and motor world. that should solve the problem!
