wide arch on a 1.1 desire

i found these wide arches and i was wondering if they would look stupid befor i buy them
i would paint them to the colour of my car but i just want to no if they would look good or would it look odd on my 1.1

They're not wide arches, they look like standard VT arches.. can't see due to the stupidly small pic

If you put VT arches on your flat arch without the rest of the VT kit it will look stupid and they wont be securely fitted

I dont think they are the VT arches...

Iirc they are a diffrent shape to the vt arches... they allow you to put arches on your flat arch, without having to cut into the existing arch... if that makes sense...

i couldnt get insured on my VT after my crash, so i opted for the next best thing... 1.1 flatarch with the VT kit and a cammed GTi lump. :D

they dont look like the vt arches. look more like the shite fibreglas stick on ones which fool no one as you can usually still see the flat arch behind it lol

i'd get a full vt kit if anything. thers nothing wrong with it, as long as you dont have the vtr/vts badges ur not trying to look faster. alot of people have done it
