When I close the doors with the key fob, the alarm almost always goes off a few minutes or hours later.
When I close it with the key, it's fine.
Any ways to fix the silly hyperactive alarm?
Cheers

every vts does this.
Next to the hazard warning light switch is a button that you have never used before.
When you turn the engine off press and hold the button until the alarm LED illiminates then get out and lock using the fob...........this is hpw we all get around the fault.
The reason it does it is, the interior sensors are crap, by pressing and holding the button on the dash it simply turns the interior sensprs off but the door sensors etc work as normal.
Hope this helps.

you can remove the plug that controls the ultrasonic sensors mate, there is a guide on here. I did mine and its much better now. If you cant find the guide give me a shout and ill try and find it!
