If you accelerate over say 70 does it even back out and stop doing it?

But if you go past a certain speed whatever that may be will it stop doing it (after you've had them re-balanced)

Is there anyway of sorting it so it never does it? Ive had them balanced and tracking done.
Could it just be a case of the alloys are to heavy for such a small car?

Won't be the alloys being too heavy. They are a perfect fit aren't they? Mate up against the hub tightly and securly, don't have a fair amount of flakey corrosion on the mating face etc etc. It does sound like balancing, hopefully the place you had them done did a decent job of it.

Were the alloys new or second hand? Have you replaced front wheels with back wheels and see if it still does it? Could have a buckled or egged wheel.

Buckled wheels throw up big numbers on the balancing maching! lol. So assuming they were balanced properly the tyre place would have picked up on that.

What weights you got on them? Knock-ons or stickies?
varley_1

Knock ons i reckon

Was thinking if they're stickes the wheels might only be semi balanced. Often balancing mechines can be c**ts when you change the settings to stickies, no idea why. Alot of ppl get to a point and think they're 'gd enough' and leave them at that.
Have you tried jacking the car up and spinning the wheels by hand to look for imperfections?

Yep and there aint any. Mite go bk to the garage and get it rebalanced and re tracked, see wot appens

Might be an idea to get it done somewhere else if theres a chance they didn't do it properly the first time.
