I just found a mini turbo in my car , Its right near the right headlight
And when the driver presses a button it makes a loud beeping noise
Do I have to declare this turbo?

Thats a horn.

This is classed as a factory fitted item. No you don't have to declare it.

I thought it was a turbo because when I press the button and the beeping noise comes out people move, So I thought that I was going faster and they moved because of the speedz.

I got me a 1.1 sax, but the low speed is killin me. My mate recons I can bolt on a turbo, he's got one out of a old 5Gt. I think I may get 200bhp out of ma wagon. I need to know fo sho is it easy.

p.s I'm 15 and not driving fully yet so I have loads of time to do it.
