was thinkin about askin for a new head unit for crimbo, replace my shite sony one i have currently.

have come across a few nice ones, rather narrow mindedly i have a few 'must haves' must play mp3's, with a chrome volume nob, not a button lol. and preferably with a motorised front lol.

im wit you the pioneer looks the best there seems to have loads of good features to should keep you busy

check out the DEH-P77MP aswell.
that's the hottest pioneer on the market, IMHO

what about alpine they have a chrome volume button also they have a new touch glide on them now also 4+60 watt pre and sub pre out what more could you want. smileys/smiley4.gif

I cant find any alpine units in that price range with 4x60 watt pre-outs. Also, try n check the rms... because thats the max output.

The pioneers ones do look good though. Been considering getting one for a little while.

gott say my JVC aint bad for what it was.
its the....KD-G612, pretty pleased with it, the CD doesn't skip either when in the head unit, unless your stupid enough to fly over speed bummbs at a stupid speed.

I could sort you out with the pioneer if you wanted or send you some details on any of the alpines that are out there.

Like someone said the alpine range are good quality but it comes at a cost. The pioneer is used in our car but its the 7650mp. I know that a lot of people that have the 7600 along with other models are very happy with it.

What kind of budget you on anyway
