yes it's possible. it's your car mate, up to you if it looks good or not smileys/smiley17.gif
personally i'd prefer to spend the money on quads or smoked headlamps rather than a bad boy bonnet as it may look out of place unless you plan on fitting a bodykit.

badboy only looks good on totally smoothed bonnets i reckon

you could always go down the cheaper route - and get some light eyebrows, give the same kinda effect

I agree about it only looking good on completely smooth bonnets and I also think you do need a full kit to match with it. I wouldnt put it on a standard saxo. I like them though. Off topic I know but what kind of paint is on that saxo?

yeah but light brows look a bit tacky dont you think?
a full bonnet is a lot classier.
i reckon light brows are the cheap chavvy way
but thats just me!

I agree about the light brows, look dodgy.
As for the mk1 bad boy bonnet it would be best to get one made up now I think unless you manage to get hold of a Procomp bad boy bonnet (good luck, lol). THe mk2 bonnet will fit but wont close, lol.

how come?
is the bonnet latch in a different place then or is there something that the bonnet will pivot on that will prevent the catch from reaching its hook up point?

It wont close becasue of the shape of the top front grill. I have seen a mk1 with a mk2 bonnet before, I think it just involved a small amount of work on the front end to get it one and sit flush over the lights.

what would you class as a small amount of work?
and what would need the work the bonnet or parts of the front of the car?
cheers

yer your rite it does look a bit odd.
i was just looking for something that would change the shape of the shite front lights without buying those tacky light brows
there are a couple of bonnets on the site for a mk1 that look pretty ace they just come down about halfway over the grill but in a similar shape to the mk 2 bonnet

I think you a describing the bad boy bonnet similar to what procomp done. Get a pic and a descent body shop would be able to do the work for you.

slightly off topic and a basic Q i guess, but with a smoothed mk2 bonnet, how do you actually open the bonnet as the annoying catch (which makes my mesh look daft with that stupid hole in it) will not be get-at-able? smileys/smiley5.gif

ud have to buy a solanoid kit for it im guessing.
