something like that would be immense, in a 2cu.ft, 32 sq.inch slot vent, 16" long (40hz) box
alternativly id go for: http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/ascendant-audio-chaos-p-6715.html?cadid=0fo2b0f91i648hr6k6k4cb02g3
the 1st is all out bass
the second is a very nice ammount of bass with excelent Sound quality.
either sub youll need a custom made box to match :y:

the soundstream will be fine, you dont have to get an exact match for power, if your equiptent is set up fine, theres no probs
i searched ebay for RE and SS, nothing found this side of the atlantic

i searched to looks like im down the the SPL dynamics sub or the AA chaos sub, pulling my hair out about this, as i really want good quality bass not just stupidly load and shit quality, but at the same time i still want it loud. Out of these 2 subs just give me 1 you would pick, only just one

What size box do you have your vibe sub in as the box is what makes and breaks a sub.

i got it in this mate http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/4214.html
but i got the older version of this sub which is about 600 watt rms, can i just take the sub out of this enclosure as i got it fitted in my boot build which is a perfect for it, unless i get a new sub box built for the sub

youll be pumping 1114wrms into a sub that can only handle 600wrms

i do want good sq but putting 1100 watt rms into a sub that only handles 800 watts rms aint really getting the best out of a sub is it. also is it easy for me to take out A sub from my enclosure already and just stick another in

i considerd the orion, but theres no SQ atall, and iirc they require a box bigger than the boot of a saxo

you amp runs at 4ohm too
the AA chaos is 800wrms @ 4ohms
you amp will give it 787wrms @ 4ohms
a great match

what about the http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/ascendant-audio-havoc-p-6712.html
that amp? just want the best of the 2

that amp? just want the best of the 2
as i said before, its 1250wrms @ 4ohms
your sub only gives out 787wrms @ 4ohms
meaning your spening a lot more over the AA chaos to not get out any more power

but my amp also is 1114 watts RMS x 1 channel at 2 ohms

i know, i own one
but you cant run a D2ohm at 2ohm
hence the reason ive said it for the last 2 posts

so seems as though its down to AA chaos, which is begining to sound appealing to me and that little bit cheaper than the SPL dynamics, sorry guys if i sound so lost when it comes to ICE, I really am. So i guess the SPL is louder but the AA chaos is better SQ. Damn i really wanted both load and great SQ. Is 787 watts rms loud enough you think or do u thing its not loud enough go for the SPL dynamics

if built in the correct enclosure you wont be dissapointed, 787wrms is a LOT of power, people just think its not much because theyve heard that have 1200PEAK watts, which are usually ran at less than a third
put it this way, i was shaking my nostrils with my old sub running around 150wrms (or less tbh) off a crappy 2 channel amp in a badly made box with crappy wiring

well i have a vibe sub http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/4214.htmlin its enclosure is it easy enough 4 me to take out the sub and just replace it with the new AA Chaos sub or is best to just get a new box.
Take into account i gotta boot built with my sub fitted in their pefectly so if i change the enclosure i need 2 get a new 1 built to the exact same size

subs work best in their own custom enclosure built to match.. sub box is more important than a a sub in determining a subs sound
