sub earth position.

i am on wiring my amp up and just wondering were everyone has there earth wire conected to. i was going to wire it to the left hand side of the back seats were it connects to the boot wall is this an earth or do i need to position it somewear else?

ive got mine under the back seats mate, dont know if i told you that, if you lift them up you can see a bolt n nut - thats where mine is

they are only little nuts about 10mm aint they. seem them when hiding wires. i didnt want to wire the battery and earth up till i was sure.

i connected it to the backrest holders.

you also need to add a wire of same AWG from the battery to the chassis.

and mine now. how did u connect the battery wire to the battery?? i got that big clip on mine.

i shreded the end and put it under the connecter so it dont move smileys/smiley14.gif

just been fiddlin with me head unit and it says on the yellow memrroy wire that it need to be connected to the battery and not behind the dash. its bin plugged in behind the dash since i got me saxo. hehe gona have to wire it up proper tomorrow. alpine head unit with 60x4.
