salvaged cars

im thinking of buyin a damaged car, repairing it and seeling it of for a small profit. i want to know, do i have to tell the buyer that i got the car from salvage and repaired it, cuz u had to a few eyars ago, does anyone know if this law still apllies now?

it'll be recorded on the V5 registration document, which anyone with even half a brain would check when buying a car.

Sometimes if you are lucky you can buy them unrecorded as people dont want to go through their insurance. look on ebay you see a lot going on there. It is best to tell them though otherwise you are basically scamming them and if you got caught risk having you knee caps drilled.
