Hi,
My saxo seems to have had its door lock pins removed by the previous owner, how do I get a new set to put back on so I can push the lock pins up and down when im in the car?
I cant seem to find any on eBay!

Sure you want them? Makes it far easier to break into, thats why many people remove them

better and safer without them

Is it just a case of the prevuious owner taking off the door card and removing the pin? So all being well it should be just as easy to slot a couple more back in?
How come it makes it easier to break into with the pins still in?

wont say how to break in on a public forum, for obvious reasons.
but it can be done in less than 30 seconds with 0 noise or damage.
yeah its a case of just putting new ones in, if you have holes there that need to be coverd, these are a perfect fit (http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_22 2177_langId_-1_categoryId_165562) :)

Good point, stupid question really!
Are you sure those will fit seeing as the hole is a rounded rectangle whereas those are circular?? I think bunging the hole up in the next best thing!

isnt there any sort of pin what when you lock the doors the pin drops below the door card so they are not visable ?? but when opend they are visable and also then you can lock the car from the inside :y:

you can cut the door pins to acheive this
however theres still door pins there, which means its still easy to break into

but then if there invisible how do they unlock if you want to get out after 'chillin'
just fit a push button to the central locking then you can lock/unlock and wot be any easyer to brake in to
