hi my saxo at some point has had a gay fuel gap put on it and i want to get a standard 1, if i get 1 would i have to have a seperate key for my fuel

yes

but you can get the barrel made to suit your key

i assume it would cost a bit, but not sure how much

does it use your ignition key or a small key?
some metal caps are just a replacement for the plasic bit and can be removed others are the hole thing
