how to take the inlet manifold off?

i have a 53 plate vtr, is it easy to take the inlet manifold off?

is there a step by step guide to take it off and if not could someone tell me please :p

its pretty simple.

air filter off.
throttle cable off
coilpack out
fuel rail off
undo the nuts holding manifold

basically.....

problem is after air filter i dont know how to do anything eles . .. any help frankie?
