depends what clay you use tbh

lube for bilt hamber is just water

for other clays you can just use a 50:50 of water and car champoo

detailing spray is better if you can afford to though

Also you need to wash the car after claying

so after i clay do i just wash it as normal with shampoo then polish it after

Yeah because the clay you use for claying will leave white smears if you don't wash it off ( It did with me )

yeah wash after as the clay leaves marring, youll see when you do it. obviously wash before you clay lol

Ok now ive use the meguiars whole range, what i do is scratch x the car which sor tof covers little scratches then i use the clay bar which comes with its own lubricant which i use alot of. then i use the nxt generation detailer and then polish to finish off. the clay bar gets dirty so you just flip it over and create a new clean side to it by moulding it. i must admit i swear by meguiars on all there stuff, my dad uses the 3 part wax box thingy which is just staggering how shiny and smooth the car becomes.

Just to add i wipe the lubricant off after or my dad does as i go round the car so no marks are left at all
