which way the rear engine mount goes

vts rear engine mount, with 2 bolt holes and the rubber bush, which way does it go round....? i fitted it the way i think it goes but i want to make sure its right. a picture would be helpful cos i cant see how anyone can explain it otherwise.

my car still bangs too, even tho engine is now solid with no movement :geek:

might be top engine mount fucked then lol or gearbox mount ?

Yea as above check the top engine mount, you will have to take the ecu and tray out to check, look for worn rubbers on either side of the mount. Mine were shagged and once replaced the knocking stopped.

my other problem tho is my car wont go in reverse.

without the mount fitted it goes into reverse.
