Ibiza or Supra???

My mate has offered me his supra for my Ibiza and he will give me some money on top? i am paying £2800 full comp on my Ibiza and i got a quick qoute for the Supra as i didnt think i would get insured and it was £2100 TPFT. They said i could get it insured for about £1700 TPFT if i gave him a day or so to work summit out for me. (not bad for a 20 year old) The supra is 3.0 non turbo, White, 19" wheels which cost him a grand and its and N reg.


What do you guys/girls think? Get the Supra or keep the Ibiza and make it upto about 300bhp?

Yeah it is the old shape but i think that is the best one, i have no idea what BHP the supra is but i no if i do what i want to do to the Ibiza then it will be quicker!

Yeah thats the other thing, the Ibiza drinks petrol like no tomorrow so that thing will cost me £15 to get off my drive lol!


The reason he is selling is because he wants to buy a house and he had 5 years ncb so the ibiza would cost him sod all to insure!

Get the Supra, looks sexy in white and its a awsome looking car. Wont be amazingly quick though. Only get it if you can afford to run it though. A white supra TT with a veilside kit is my Favourite car smileys/smiley4.gif

Yeah but the things is where i live there is about 2 or 3 supra's 1 of them is a heap of crap. There is only one other Ibiza cupra

personally id keep the ibiza its bright yellow more ppl notice you an its easier to find it in a car park an its alot more reliable an as you said theres only 1 more cupra where you stay keep the ibiza mate

its not a twin turbo!!!
and if im not mistaken they suffer with head gasket
problems aswell!!!!?

lol well i have decided to keep the Ibiza, when i have got some more NCB i will think about getting the 3.0lt twin turbo as i have always wanted a Supra but may aswell get the propper thing !

Is a good decision.
My mates laugh at me but I have made a promise to my self, When I am 25 with a bit more NCB I am going to buy a white 3.0l Vielside TT Supra. It will be done MMMWAHAHAHA.

fair play mate i would really want one, but i also need so save a bit of money so i can get my own house and that, so it is more practical to stick with the Ibiza
