fitting VTR backbox

Just wondering how hard it will be to get a VTR backbox to fit onto my 1.1, i mean will it fit on without having to cut bits off the bumper, or should it just about fit? Bought one off ebay for £20 and beginning to wish i hadnt if its going to be too much hassle..

pretty sure VTR boxes are the same as the 1.1/1.4 boxes just with the tail pipe on the end. it should fit fine, I don't think there is any difference with the exhaust fitting between the models.

it will fit and hang where the old one is, u might have to cut the bumper if it sits to low, but im sure it will be fine without cutting. Put it on if it don't work sell it.
