Eh well im not sure on this but maybe a loose connection? or what about dodgy sensor somewhere?

I think you can get away with replacing the sensors in the car. Best thing to do is to just replace the entire alarm though.

it will be the ultra sonics inside the car, they always go wrong and will cost quite a bit to get sorted, like said you are best off getting getting a new alarm that will have a warranty as i know of a case where somone changed the sonics and they went wrong again in a few months.
