Lowering

I have a w reg vtr i went to order some springs off ebay it mentioned something about "WILL REQUIRE POWER STEERING FEED PIPE RELOCATION"
i am planning a 60mm drop with vts alloys ?
does any1 have any idea about this

the power steering pump pipe rubs on the steering rack quite often when your car is down quite alot, you can see where its rubbing and just bend the pipe out the way :)
