Hi all just thought id post that hopefully within the next 2 month ill be getting a full alpine install
ida x305 head unit
type R 12inch sub
type R componants
and then the amps.
How does this sound do you think 1 sub will be enough and is 2 too much? will i be ok having just componants or do you think i should get some 6x9s?
also any amp suggestions are appreciated.
how much sound deadening should i need

other than amps and headunits, alpine arent great

in comparison to other speakers with in the same price range.. id say nope

whats your budget for a full set up? ill spec you up

I have a full alpine system s-type i would not go for any thing else only thing i would change for is r-type or x-type. i would go for it and if you get from japan or ebay they are half the price. One sub is plenty for a saxo

yeah been lookin at them on ebay but are the ones from japan and china the same as the ones sold over here?

id like to go for the type Xs but its a massive jump in price espec when i have to get a lot bigger amps
