Me too lol.

When I'm harnessed in though leaning forward is outta the question lol.

I'm thinking about mounting them near where the original seat belt latch would've been....

I know 180 has done something below the cigarette lighter....but again that involves leaning forward and with a fixed seating position I'm gonna have to bring everything to me....

Hmmmm....

Leccy windows are heavier than manual. Does it not half defeat the object of stripping?

Just depends how far you want to go really doesnt it.

You could say that the standard bonnet and boot are heavier than the pro-comp equivalent.

Yeah, but swapping a bonnet is a lot of cash, surely stripping out the leccy motors is something that could almost be cheaper as you could swap for someone wanting an upgrade?

Yeah well them and my stereo are the only luxuries staying.

Owight! :P

Not a great deal.....but extending won't be an issue.

I was having a feel around the car when I was on the M1 yesterday and have a few idea where I can mount them....

Don't go for manual windows, you will be unable to open the passenger window when in bucket seats and 4-point harness. The weight gain is minimal

Oww, must be pretty far back, my buckets arnt fixed back, but i dont have to move them at all to reach the window buttons? I have pretty long arms but that cant make much of a difference.

I haven't got the centre console in either.....that plastic bit that would hold the switches in a standard car.

They're dangling in the passenger footwell lol.
