ive never really had experience with them tbh but i think the majority on here will say you can better quality for your money, i.e. jbl

edit: for £30 more i think this is a better option. and you get all the wiring and stuff included as i dont you get wiring with that fli one

You can get some much better sound quality with a seperate Sub and a seperate AMP

Active subs are a great way to start...but if you are already running all the wires in your car. make it worth your while and get them both seperate

i have a fli sub, quality isnt great but it produces bass and im not a auido whore so i dont really notice any difference between other subs tbh

if you want cheap bass then its adequate

just a note it says its 300wrms this is for the actual speaker.
i know for a fact that the 10'' (250wrms) has a fli loaded 200 amp, this produced 200 as a MAX and about 100 rms

just letting you know

what it is lads it is to go in my c2 and not loads of room if i get a sub it is almost touching the boot lid about 3 inchs away or so i just think id be best with a side one so that the sound will not vibrate the bootlid as much as it would with a one facing the boot lid if you no what i mean

my ex bf had a fly sub, and to be honest like most people are saying it was pretty poor. you can get better subs than that for same sort of price

my gf got that FLI sub from a A1MOTORSPAREs and comes with free fli 6x9s shes also running 17cm fli 3 ways in the front and for a total of 130 quid for a complete setup i think it sounds pretty decent, and the Active Subs dont take much knowledge to setup unlike if you where to get your own and build it.

Although yesterday i picked up 2 12inch Pioneer Subwoofers fors 10, 5 quid each of ebay
and they seem unused and sound perfect but you have to get a wiring kit(min 20 quid) and amp and box ontop of this so probably end up spending more although the quality will be better
tbh listen to AshleyP he knows his stuff :D
