help needed

can anyone help me i`m trying to wire up a shift light to my vtr saxo and can`t find the negative wire from the ignition coil or is it better to take the feed from the rev counter if so what colour wire is it???

May i ask why you are putting a shift light in?

its having a shift light if i can work out where to fit it!!! because its going to be a track day car

not with a crash helmet on!! it hits the rev limiter at 6500 rpm at the moment so was going to have shift light come in at 6000 but need to know the wiring layout to the rev counter to fit it in

What mods you got. Because standard peak power is 5.5k iirc.

i`ll be honest its my mates boys car and it is ex saxmax from last season not had a chance to fully strip it to find out yet
