yep! otherwise its invalid
they still think you have no motoring convictions but you have now got 3points which will affect your insurance if you have a crash

i heard you dont have to tell them antill you renewal? to be honest i woundnt know as i dont have any points but even my driving instructor said you dont have to??

how was you caught? speed camera? speed van? or police car following.
did your speedo read 35? cos i always thought speedo reading 35 was more like 30/31 max.

speedo adds a few mph on, to keep you safe i.e it says 30 as you go thru the camera your going about 28...
it might change it but i doubt by much, they expect people to have atleast 3 points these days lol. hope its not too bad though, and you should tell them asap.

yea going to ring then tomorrow i was caught by a hidden speed gun and pulled over was reading 36 at 172.7 ft it was a dual carrage way like road pretty wide and quiet so i thought limit must of been 40 but guess not and it was cruise nite which i also didnt know was coming home from work paying for it now gutted
