REALLY NEED HELP with airbag!!!

I remove the steering wheel today and in this process i broke the orange wire where it goes into the plastic spinny thing(:/ hope u know wat i mean) there are two wires which i re soldered back on but dont know if they are attached on the rite way or if it matter... PLEASE HELP! im afraid to plug the air bag back in case it goes off! need to be 110% sure before i do it...

i wouldnt use thet ring if i was you tbh your better off buying a new one or just leave it unplugged till you do get one i have a few rings knocking about if you need one

the airbag wont go off mate as you've broke the cable. the airbag light will proberly be on tho, go to your local scrappys and get another 1 they easy enough to get off and shoudnt cost much

yeah spotted that after i posted

still mate it shudnt go off tho but as cheery said, id just disconnect it at the bottom and leave it till i got a new lead

if i were you id just undo the 3 torx nolts holding the ring in take it out completely and refit your wheel and then source a new ring with lead :)

just drop up the scrap yard and grab one if you get stuck let me know and ill dig one out for you :)
