Big VTS engine/driving problems!?

Just bought my 02 plate VTS on monday, drove it before i bought it and seemed fine. Picked it up, and been driving it this week, and its horrible!

Now supposedly it has been cammed (catcams 708s) and has a daft power boost valve! It also has a cone filter.
Most of the time when i drive, the engine management light is either on, or flashing, only once has it gone off! So il list my problems:
-Engine management light on,
-Car idles very rough and if left, will eventually stall if not revved,
-Car bogs down and looses power sometimes and just does not go anywhere, i have to turn off the engine and then back on and it works fine?
-Spent £10 worth of fuel on a steady 25 mile journey!!!
-Most of the things listed above happen more when the car is warm.
-It also shakes the car when sitting in traffic!

Please help, as a havent got a clue, and i admit, ive bought a duff! lol.

sounds like someone needs a remap....

remap will get rid of most of them problems listed.

Is that what it sounds like? What do VTSs rev to as standard, its the first one ive had, had a furio previously. Surely if it has been remappd will it rev higher? It currently hits the limiter at just over 7000?

7250 is the std rev limit mate. Id say it needs a remap aswell deffo.


Check the reciepts you were given see what was done when the cams were fitted
