My New Mk2 Vts FTW! Bargain????

Well as some may know I sold my old R Reg Vts and bought the below which I think is a true bargain!!

The car itself is an X reg Vts in posi blue.
It has 33k “Genuine” Miles and a hell of a lot of work done to it.
It was stored for a year un driven so I bought it with no MOT or Tax (MOT booked in for today :D)
The seller gave me a load of receipts and some pictures of work being done. I will try and give as much info as I can find out by the receipts.



Exterior:

It has D&M Side Skirts
D&M Front Bumper
DM Evo 6 Style Bonnet Vent
Wide Arch Kit – Which have all been blended in
D&M Spoiler
M3 Mirrors
2 x Custom twin exhaust system
De Locked and Boot Smoothed
17” Kosei Alloys with Yokohama Tyres
H&R Coil Over Kit
18mm Wheel Spacers
Not sure on headlights lol

Interior:

Sparco Bucket Seats
Kenwood Stereo
The rear seats have obviously been removed and sound proofing foil put down
Everything else is as standard

Under The Bonnet:

Pipercross Induction Kit
Superchip

Future Plans:

I want to get a show cage for it and do something with the back interior but unsure what yet, comments welcome :D
I think I need to do something with the rear bumper, it was lowered more before but he took it back up due to speed bumps, so perhaps an extension to the current bumper?
Then see what happens after that lol

Mileage is genuine!! The guy has owned it for 8 years!! Everything is covered and a whole project book made.

I actually love it and it has made my hubby 2 b very happy!!! It was a good find and granted does need a few bits doing buut dont every car!!!

More than likely at some point in its life it probably was “ragged” All I know is the person I bought it off has had it for 8 years as Kristy said, its been stored for at least 2 years in total and when you see the body work it shows!
Other than the fibreglass cracks its perfect !
I will let all know about MOT tomorrow as I didn’t get time today

Take the spoiler off and get a standard bonnet and its mint mate - bargain at £1300.
The bonnet and de-spoliering shouldnt cost much if anything.

Yeah the above things you have put are the things im thinking of doing.

Yea dynos are really the only way but i must admit there is always a fear when your car is getting done cos you dont know what its going to produce.

On my old ST24 first time I had it dynoed gave out with a reading on 120bhp from a 2.5 V6! Air flow sensor was fucked so some funds later a CDA, decat pipe and powerflow exhaust and remap got it up to 190bhp.

As for cage well prob only places your aware of really ebay, saxo sports club or 106 sites?

yeah they are. tbh smoked would look ok, but i think against the blue they wouldnt look that good. also cos your boot is flush i dont think smokes would look as good.

i reckon those lights i posted would look better on your blue with your flush boot.
you have to make them look like that cutomly by buying a pair of clear jewels off eaby, then tinting the whole of the bottom half with some red tinting spray.

The ones i said are basically like standard lights but they just look alot more cleaner and more simple, and i reckon with the smooth boot they would look good :y:
