Bodywork touch up

Hi ... ive got a few bits on my vtr that could do with touching up like bumper scuffs and a few lights scratches ... would a bodyshop be able to touch these up or is it going to be a full panel respray ?? :A:

try someone like paint devil or paint wizard for the bumper scufs, there mobile and only do the bits thats are damaged so are cheeper than a bodyshop
