Ye, they'd prefer to be out fining innocent people just to make more money for our shite government than catching real criminals.

thats why he have coppers, and traffic coppers.
so the traffic coppers cna catch uninsured drivers,drink/drug drivers and the like...so they dont cause accidents/kill people
Normal coppers deal with non-traffic related things...so i cant see how they are"wasting time" and g3tting "innocent peoples" cash. if they were "innocent" they wouldnt have been caught

On Agard Street in Derby, its a one way system with a really sharp blind bend to the right...
what the rozzers do round here is get a plain clothes police officer reading a paper on the corner... he keeps his eye out, then as soon as he see's someone speeding, he radios it through in his ear peice... sly as anything
then the police in marked cars down the road pull you over and fine you!

and so they bloody should
I'd rather be hit by a car doing 20 in a 20 zone than a car doing 30/40 in a 20 zone...

they would rather pester the innocent people for petty things. Lets see real criminals cost the government money so they don't bother with it. Which is why gun and knife crime/ murders are on the rise! However getting pulled over for having a de-cat or an extra 10mm gap in the letters in your number plate gets them money i.e a £30 fine or £60 if you cant afford it straight away. This country is fucked and will stay fucked when people like you support a corrupted government.

the law is the law i'm afraid due
as ive asaid, traffic coppers and "cun crime fighting" street coppers are totally different,so the whole argument of "police should go and get the proper criminals" is pretty void...
