Did you know if you are lucky enough you can get a new controller or headset from M$ for free.

My mate did this with a controller (cus he just wanted a new one), he said that be bought an Xbox 360 Elite and the shop closed down and so he couldn't take it back but had the reciept so m$ just sent him out a new controller for free.

So after he told me this I had a similar issue except mine was real my headset was broken, I got mine from woolies and when it closed down my headset broke and I phoned m$ up told them and they sent me out a new one.

I tried to do this for my m8 and they asked for a reciept yet they never asked me so he never got one.

The thing is they never ask you to send the old one back
