i am watching panaroma, its about a lady who has lost her job as a nurse after secretly filming in a sussex hospital of the poor quality, and bring it to the publics attention.

i think its sad the woman lost her job, she has potentially saved alot of lives by bringing to light the state some people were in.

My great nan died in this specific hospital 2 years ago, the film she done was done in this time.

there need to be more people like her in the NHS, who stand up and say if patients and healthcare are suffering

No one wants to employ someone that "could" bring all their problems to the publics attention. The NHS is a busniess weather we like it or not.

lol a fucking business we pay for, if an elderly person or whoever simply cannot get out of bed they have no choice but to soil them sleves.

my mum works in an old folks home, when i go to see her now and again you feel sorry for the old ladies and gents having to stay there because their families aren't able to. I know you can't judge it because of a few bad eggs

No that's not humane it's disgusting.

I think it's good for people to bring these issues to the public's attention as it shows there are people inside the NHS who generally care. But half the time I've been in hospitals the staff seem to not give a fuck.
