Cant be fucked buying the 24quid Meguiars kit out of Halfords, as I dont need the other shit in it.

hence, does anyone know wheres cheap as piss to get a clay bar or two? Doesnt need to be heavy, as the car was clayed and waxed before it sat for a year getting covered in shite, so imagine most of it will come off easy enough.

Thanks in advance

(theres an awful lot of unnecessary swearing in this post)

I use this mate:

£14 total for a 200g bar and only needs water as lube. I went for the soft one, never tried the other one.
Probably get it cheaper if you look around.

Yeah I've been impressed with it. Have a quick look on my Saxo thread, pg 1, you can see it brought the 10 year old paintwork up lovely. To be honest I haven't used any other clay so I have nothing to compare it with, but I'm happy with the results I get and that I don't have to fork out for lube lol.

anytime I clayed cars in the past, I just did a shampoo heavy mix with water in a bucket and used that.
