Has anyone seen these before?

I think there's guide on here to do it yourself for a couple of quid. ;)

Well this is the link for taking apart the steering wheel and getting the dash out! looks pretty tricky!

My mates just done it to his Astra, had to unsolder the old ones and replace them, seemed like a lot of hassle to me
