ok, does anyone know anywhere cheap to stay in the middle of manchester? as close as possible to oxford road or printworks? mates are comin with me for my birthday for a gig and a night out and i'll be staying at the gf's flat as usual, but theres too many of them so they'll need a hotel.
nothing fancy just somewhere to get heads down for a few hours for about £20 each. anyone know anywhere?
i thought about putting this in regional forums but thought most people who use hotels dont actually live in that area!

cheers

Stayed at the jurys inn in central manchester, was quite good. We got it free through work so couldnt tell you prices though - looked quite cheap

Don't etap have an hotel in Manchester?

Based on two sharing, it's about £17 each.

travlodge is full, etap is too far from the centre, my mates would all get lost and/or spend fortunes on cabs

Travel Lodge is always cheap. Have a look for discount codes on the internet as well. ;)
