was driving around a corner with no vision and a woman just reversed out ov the corner and i slammed my brakes on but she kept on going and when into the front of me, all of her reverse lights were on.

i need a new front bumper, nearside front wing and eyebrow under the headlight.

she has offerd to pay half cash in hand

where do i stand i keep getting a sharp pain in my neck

can i claim and could she go through her insurance comp and do me?

she was reversing round a blind corner? Or round a junction,

either way you were just driving normally through a hazardouse section of road and
sounds like she was doing something stupid.

Were you stopped when she hit you,

Where was she reversing from?

It wasn't your fault, you continued down the road slammed the anchors came to a stop and she kept going? If so you were in the right, don't accept "half" go through insurance it's her fault buddy.

Any witnesses? Did she accept it was her fault? If it's your word against hers, and she doesnt back down, chances are you'll either both end up losing your NCB or possibly worse because you drive a Saxo you might get the blame. THink I'm joking, just look at some past examples.

she reversed into you. she could easily say you hit her, and that would be end of argument. IMO take it and go! not worth the risk of insurance companies unless you've got solid evidence it's her fault.

Also, make sure the pain in your neck is genuine as most people are getting caught out with the old whiplash fraud and it comes to bite them in teh ass (like a guy at work)

Insurance company will most likely try for a knock for knock ire both/none of your fault, especially w/o witnesses

you can still claim from your insurance company and get your excess waived if liability is admitted

i think if shes offered cash in hand then she knows she was in the wrong - she would have just put it through insurance too if not

but if people think they can pass the blame, they will nearly always try

but if she was passing the blame then she'd do it through her insurance company too and not just offer to pay half?

was there damage on her car?

insurance will try and settle 50/50 if no one owns up, friend of mine got there car hit when it was parked on the road and because there insurance stated its usally kept on there drive, they didn't get it paid for in full

theres a tiny scratch on her car,

as i went around the corner into a back ally she was reversing out of the ally into the main street, and she was just looking on her left side when obv i was entering the corner turning right, i stopped my car and tried to get her attention but she kept on reversing and hit me on the front/wing on the near side
