Silicon Hoses for Saxo. Progress Thread

Hi Guys,

Some of you may have heard of BakerBM! :y: Most may not :n:

I mainly manuacture parts for the 205GTI but have started to branch out to the 106/Saxo recently.

The reason for this post is just to show the progress of the silicon hoses I have developed for the 106/Saxo 8v and 16v models.

Price wise they are going to be around the £140 mark for a 5 Hose coolant kit.

The hoses which have the take off pipes for the heat exchanger have an I.D. reduced between the two take offs to aid flow around the cooler.


These are samples for the 16v S2 and 8v all veriants. Two hoses are not pictured here. One of which will have a stainless steel bleed nipple.

No, not atall!

£140 is very reasonable indeed, if you look at how much sfs and samco sell their hoses for you'll see that for £140 you'd only get 2 hoses for around that price with the others

So getting the full 5 for this price is very good value.
