I have a 99 Saxo 1.1i Spree, I was wondering if this is the base model??
I have no:
Tachometer (Clock Instead)
Power Steering
Central Locking
Electric Windows

Not the base model.. but not exactly top of the range. 1.0i is the base model but there have been so many models over the years.

sounds like it. but start with the base model. and make it better..
i did that to my escort. started with the basics. added a rev counter, alarm, went to do the e/w and started playing up (engine wise clutch and engine was sounding ruff)
