Weird thing is I used to have swimming lessons at school. I wasn't very good but it never freaked me out that much. Nearly drowned on a school trip once and haven't been able to go since.

i smashed all my face in years ago kneeboarding it really hurts if you do what i did and end up face down on the board as your getting going.

Is it true that they sometimes weight the back of the boat down thus, creating a bigger wake to jump over?

depending on what boat really but if you think about it, it will as the boats sitting further deeper into the water creating more drag thus more wake !

Cool might give it a try sometime as my skywalker board isn't directional so will prob be able to use it

just a thought it really does depend on what type of boat tbh....as my dads boat starts to plain out at a certain speed (keeps the bow down blanaces the boat out more) so really i don't think your gonna get much difference if you wanted to get the stern down more you would have to face the engine up a little higher causing it to push down but may have a bad effect on the engine for a long period of time.....there are quite a few factors to consider really...
anyone got any tips on getting up out the water i find it really hard sometimes as i use a skii ring not a wake board tower but was thinking of investing in this...

that is true but you can get boats with water tanks so if you want a small wake you empty the tanks but if you want a big wake you fill the tanks and it helps loads but very expensive boats
