I've always liked them. A local lad i was speaking to had one, he said parts were expensive.

Pretty sure makavelli has a coupe at the moment.

well due to ressesion and funds being at an all time low my in laws said if i give my car back to finance company so i dont have monthly payments any more they would get this for me or summing simular. im not cean on them but its the sensible thing to do as my car needs new gearbox m.o.t and on top of that cost me £150 a month finance payments. so time to down grade till i qualify at college and get a better wage. ;)

i would love to mate but realy dont look like i can afford it any more :( especially now the gear box has gone.

i need to pay to get back on the road.......

two months late payments of £150. £300

new gear box and c.v joint £650

two new tyers. £70

m.o.t. (then hope it passes lol) £50

then after all that continue paying £150 a month for anouther few years aswell as inshurance! think thats why my gf and her parents realy want me to just give it back to the finance company so bad that there buy me a banger to drive around in lol then me and gf will have a lil more money to live off. ;)

ok then guy's if you were in my shoes what sort of car would you be looking at on, lets say £800 budget tops? :y:

Mate you can have that VTR box for 30 quid, Ive got two VTR alloys with decent tread you can borrow for a bit. Get a shaft off a VTR being broken on ebay for 40 quid. Jobs a goodun

My dad used to have the newer version of this, and it was a fast bugger when doing 120mph on the motorway!
The older version looks very dated these days.

Why buy a VTR on finance in the first place? :geek:

Give it back to the company and get anything reliable.

The newer shape models look really good but they're not focussed enough for my tastes.
