I know of another member who has bought items and has had exactly the same.

i had this, i paid him, he said he sent it, week later no item, i had to chase him up, he said to me that my postcode was wrong and was glad i got in contact with him, surely if that was teh case instead of me contacting him, he should have contacted me, but i got the items in end!

sorted me a vts gearbox for £100 with 40k on it! and is giving me a vts engine ecu and loom for £200, good deal to me!
as said hes a citroen and peugeot breakers, hes probably got a lot on and has a genuine reason for delays in postage

Your paying for the goods, not for fantastic service. As long as they arrive, and are in good condition, or a refund is given, you have no real reason to complain.

If you want customer service, go to Citroen and buy a gaiter off them for £30 odd quid lol. I'm sure they'll be happy to respond to you whenever you click your fingers...
