once they have gone all the way back into the mechanism.. how the hell to you get them back out ?

How the hell did you do that lol

Easiest thing to do is buy new mechanism i guess, if you get the belt back out you will need to stitch it all back up and that will need to be done properly

WTF^^^^^^

you need to hold the unit at the same angle in which they bolt to the rear of the car, and wallah they will pull straight out again!!

The way he has explained it, it seems like the belts have been cut or something and the belt has gone back into the mechanism...
