help with lowering

hi all well rather new on here and not had a chance to get any pics up but will do once ive finished lowering i have droped the front 60 mm but can do the back i live im middlesex and was wondering if anyone knows a garage or a friend that wants to earn there self bit of cash to do it ive had a look at it but not sure im comftable doing it

top gear in hayes will do it haven't used them myself but been told there also a bit pricey....but apart form that no others that i know of...
