Anyone seen anyone with this sub or heard it at all? kicker 18" (http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/1029.html) not sure sure its worth that price to be honest, anyone else got an opinion?

it's worth it

these square types of subs ruled the SPL scene few years back, and they are all made by kicker, so i would say it's sure worth the money

i guarantee that you wont be dissapointed if you buy one

Celestra do an amp that kicks out 6000W RMS @ 1 ohm with the use of a 18V battery, retails at £1200 tho!

they are re-conable if that is a word smileys/smiley4.gif , As they are used in spl alot they often blow so you can buy new voice coils for them. i dont rate the new silver square subs as the ones that we have sold most of them blow and we had to send them back smileys/smiley5.gif
