im suposed to be goign to mexico in 5 week so knowing theres a high chance we cant go so rang thomson up last week and they said full re fund or a transfer so after lots of searching and arguing me and the gf found an alternative holiday to africa which feels like we have been forced into it because theres no flights to anywhere else we like,so went to transfer it this weekend, the lady on the phone was fine about it everything , then she said the holiday was £100 more and a £50 transfer fee each :wall: so we said we had found it cheaper on the internet so well have our money back, then she replied "yes sir ok if you wish, you will recieve 50% of your money back only"
i asked why and she said if you want to transfer for free or have a full refund you will have to wait till two week before the holiday to see if the govement advised you not to go, !!!!!!!!!!!! so i said what if we cant find a holiday we want in that time and she basicly said tuff shit
pissed off big time !!!!!!!!!!!!!
