The difference was that they were in so much debt it was impossible to get out of. Everything would have been repo'd, they wouldn't have had a hom, car, money or even a change of clothes it was that desperate.

The guy thought he was doing the right thing. If he was dead he still wanted his family to be with him.

I kind of assumed that but then think about it... for him to go from mass provider to a life of debt stuck in a 2 bed council flat must be like us going from our nice normal lifes to living in a solmali refugee camp.

If my family and I were told I had no choice but to live in a somali refugee camp for the rest of my life... i'd end my life.

no offence to somali's or owt, I wasn't meaning because of them I'd kill myself, i meant because of the awful conditions. and I don't mean to compare a council house with a somali refugee camp either.
