Right come back for a couple at the pub to find the ceiling in the bathroom is leaking, we live in a block of flats and have gone to the people above us, they dont have any water etc so didnt know it was going on! we only rent the flat so have contacted the landlord but guessing as he is a fool is asleep!

we have contents insurance but its not done any damage.

The water is leaking thru the light bulb holder!

im guessing that its the landlords job to fix the issue with his building insurance?

anyone had anything like this in the past?

anyhelp would be great!

I live in a student flat, thats not contected to the uni.
Had problems with light fixtures and leaking sink! Got it fixed free etc.
Landlord should fix it for you, just ask in the morning:y:

Just get the buckets out and catch it! hah

If you rent it mate then it's your landlords who needs to get it sorted.

And if it is dripping around your ceiling rose just don't flick that light on. Might get bit of a fright.
