That sucks, saxos dropping like flies recently.
On a side note apologising is seen as accepting liability which can fuck up insurance claims

Well he told my step dad that he wasn't looking at me, he was looking at the cars coming down the road to look when he can pull out.
Practically said he wasn't paying attention to the road ahead HA :drink:

Damage is not that bad
When a motorbike ran up the back of my ass it did probally the same damage as what you've got.
Althought i didn't have a ripple in the rear pannels i got it fixed.
Theres a yellow flat arch bumper for sale on eBay and boot lids are easy enough to find (You will have to smooth it though)
I know how you feel, when this happened to me i was brewin. I threatened to knock the guy out with a batterie cable if he didn't pay for the repair.
D/w, it will get repaired.
P.s... Are you claiming whiplash?
And perhaps say to sky manager if i source parts, you pay for it. Then their insurnace wont go up and its a win win situation.

Well my step dad said that the 2 bars/beams supporting the boot have bent and where it is welded, its snapped. Both of them...
Wow, pritty hard then
ust the lipping of the beam that supports the boot had been bent, i bent it back int place with some pliers. If the actually chassie is bent, then its a bit dodgy? MOT Faliure for unsafe vehicle?

thats out of order and pretty tight considering youve not been on the road.
funny enough i find the worse and biggest pain in the arse drivers are van drivers and taxi's. im not just saying that, both groups just have a couple disrespect for the road i had some tit reverse right out on me a rip my back arch of, guess what a van driver.
bet you must be paranoid now cause its not like you were in any control, just came out of nowhere, but im sorry to hear the news mate i hope you figure a solution.

CLAIM
And sorry to hear :(
Id definately claim....
They can't 100% prove if you have whiplash or not and by the state of your car can't see them not paying. May take a while though.
